       Zhangjiagang SMK MFG. Co.,Ltd. was established in 2002. It is a professional manufacturer and exporter which is concerned with the design,development,and production of tie down straps, bungee cords, towing and lifting strap towing accessories，4×4 items and specialized in cargo control. We are located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou city with convenient transportation. All of our products meet quality standards and are greatly appreciated in a variety of different markets through out the world.

       In 2002, when Frank Zhang established SMK, there are only three emplyees. Today, SMK is one of the major suppliers specializing in manufacturing tie down straps for cargo control in China. Now we have 5 private brands: XSTRAP, PROWIN, ESLH, TUMAX, POPSTAR.
